Psiquiatría ejecutiva privada
Atención psiquiátrica de conserjería discreta y de alto acceso
en el área metropolitana de Washington

Dr. Venera R. Miller offers a limited, membership‑based psychiatric program for individuals whose professional roles require sustained judgment, composure, and resilience under pressure.

This concierge‑level model is structured for those who operate in environments where decisions carry weight, schedules shift unexpectedly, and discretion is essential.

Both in‑person and telepsychiatry services are available. Psychiatry is uniquely suited to telemedicine, offering flexibility and confidentiality while maintaining the same level of clinical depth and attentiveness. For in‑person visits, a private waiting area is provided to ensure discretion and comfort.

Care is available across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.

A Practice Designed Around Responsibility

Some professional lives do not fit within conventional medical scheduling.

The Executive Program is intentionally structured to provide:

  • Priority, flexible scheduling

  • Extended appointments when clinically appropriate

  • Direct physician communication through secure channels

  • Timely medication adjustments during periods of heightened demand

  • Coordination with selected treating professionals

  • Continuity during transitions, public exposure, or high‑stakes professional cycles

Panel size is deliberately limited to preserve access and clinical depth.

Clinical Focus

This program is particularly suited for individuals managing:
  • Complex mood and anxiety disorders

  • Treatment‑resistant depression

  • High‑performance stress exposure

  • Demanding cognitive workloads

  • Structured addiction recovery within professional settings

  • Sophisticated psychopharmacologic treatment plans

  • Conditions requiring a comprehensive psychosomatic approach and careful evaluation of the medical–psychiatric interface

Care emphasizes clarity of thought, emotional steadiness, cognitive performance, and long‑term stability.

Process

  • Phase I: Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation

  • Phase II: Data Integration and Formulation

  • Phase III: Strategic Treatment Planning

  • Phase IV: Optional Ongoing Care or Collaborative Transition

Membership Structure

Enrollment is selective.

An annual retainer secures reserved access, defined response timelines, and same‑week urgent visit availability for non‑emergent matters. Clinical visits are billed separately in accordance with practice policies. Emergency psychiatric services are not provided through this program.

A Personalized Approach

Dr. Miller integrates advanced psychopharmacology, addiction medicine expertise (FAPA, FASAM), and psychodynamic understanding within a model that prioritizes discretion, precision, and sustained therapeutic alliance.

This structure allows care to be proactive rather than reactive — responsive without being intrusive.
