Initial Evaluation
Initial psychiatric evaluations are comprehensive and typically last 90–120 minutes.
A scheduling deposit is required and applied toward the evaluation fee. Full payment is required prior to the appointment.
A $75 deposit is required at the time of scheduling to reserve the appointment. This deposit is applied toward the evaluation fee.
In‑Person Initial Evaluations
For in‑person initial evaluations, payment is requested in cash or by credit card.
This policy reflects prescribing safeguards and practice compliance standards related to controlled medications.
If a credit card is used, a 3.5% processing fee will be applied.
Telemedicine Initial Evaluations
For telemedicine evaluations, credit card payment is required prior to the session.
For the in‑office Initial Evaluation, patients are asked to arrive early to complete the required documentation. Late arrivals may require rescheduling in order to preserve the integrity of the schedule.
Cancellation Policy
Initial evaluations must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance during regular business hours to avoid forfeiture of the scheduling deposit.
