Dr. Miller provides independent psychiatric evaluations and expert testimony in civil and family law matters. Her forensic work is informed by extensive experience evaluating and treating adults (18+) with mood disorders, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, PTSD, ADHD, psychotic disorders, serious mental illness, and substance use disorders, including dual‑diagnosis and treatment‑resistant conditions.
